Marronnier

Marronnier is a spacious house with a cozy terrace and a great view, with a large chestnut tree providing wonderful shade, but there is also plenty of room for sunshine. The Marronnier terrace is fully fenced and therefore also suitable for families with small children.
The living area of this house is exceptionally spacious. On the ground floor is a large dining room and a spacious separate living room. On the ground floor there is also the kitchen and shower room with separate sink and toilet. Everything finished with beautiful authentic details.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with two or three single beds and one bedroom with one single bed.
